The Construction Labor Management Council was created in 1990 to strengthen the presence of union construction in the overall construction market. CLMC is a coalition of high quality union contractors and construction labor organizations advocating for excellence in the construction industry through the process of labor management cooperation. The unions listed below provide to their employer partners a workforce that consists of the most highly skilled, highly qualified, highly motivated workers in the construction industry in Wisconsin.
