Wages and Fringe Benefits of Apprentices

Union apprenticeship programs in the construction trades offer great wages and benefits to men and women who are willing to work hard.  Apprentices are generally paid a percentage of the base wage paid to journey workers.  Journey worker base wage rates range from $23 per hour to over $40 per hour depending on the trade.  Total package wages which include the base wage and fringe benefits range from $35 per hour to over $50 per hour.  Visit some of the web sites of the trades listed below for more information on apprenticeship & training wages and opportunities with a Construction Labor Management Council employer.
