Apprenticeship
and Training
Apprenticeship Requirements
The unionized sector of the construction industry is a diverse and exciting industry for those who want to learn a craft by working with their hands. We offer apprenticeship training programs covering all aspects of the construction industry. Each trade is unique and there are vast areas of study within each trade. This is just another reason that union contractors and union labor stand above the competition adding value to the construction process. For the same reason Doctors specialize in a specific area of medicine we train our workforce to a particular craft. We do not advocate multi craft training to create a “jack of all trades”. We in the unionized sector of the construction industry prefer training experts in each craft to ad value and efficiency to the construction process to benefit the construction user. With CLMC contractors you will have experts performing work on your project. This specialized training equates to quality craftsmanship, higher productivity, safer worksites and a workforce that takes pride in their work.
